Shugaban marasa rinjaye na majalisar dattawa a Najeriya shi ne shugaban jam’iyyar marasa rinjaye a majalisar dattawan.  Shugaban marasa rinjaye shi ne ke da alhakin wakilcin muradun ‘yan tsiraru, da jagorantar manufofin jam’iyyar, da tabbatar da tsarin jam’iyya.
